Do I need to be present during the pickup?
Not necessarily. If the items are clearly marked and accessible, we can haul them without you being there. We'll just need clear instructions and photos beforehand. For jobs that require sorting or decisions on-site, it's best if you're available—but we'll work around your schedule.

Service Details
What items can you NOT take?
We can't haul hazardous materials like chemicals, asbestos, paint, oil, or medical waste. These require special disposal. We also don't handle live animals (obviously). If you're unsure whether we can take something, just ask—we'll point you in the right direction if we can't help.
Do you recycle or donate items?
Absolutely. Whenever possible, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials like metal, electronics, and construction debris. We're not just hauling to the dump—we're reducing waste and helping the Winnipeg community. It's the right thing to do.
Will you remove items from inside my house or just the curb?
We do the heavy lifting—literally. We'll go into your home, basement, garage, attic, wherever the junk is, and haul it out. You don't need to drag anything to the curb. Just point, and we'll handle the rest. That's what you're paying us for.
Do you clean up after the removal?
Yes. We sweep up debris, wipe down areas if needed, and leave your space cleaner than we found it. We're professionals, not a couple of guys with a pickup truck. When we're done, the junk is gone and the mess is cleaned up—simple as that.
